Welcome to Ondine ("we", "us"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Our products

We make every effort to display our products' colours, textures, and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and natural cotton fabrics have inherent variation — small differences between the photos and the product you receive are normal and not defects. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where a product was mispriced, stock is unavailable, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if payment was taken. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless stated.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ondine and may not be reproduced without our written permission. "Ondine" and our logos are our trademarks.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the store or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
